Each of the automatic pallet wrappers available from Aetna come with the following options;

• Power pre stretch for up to 50% saving on wrapping film
• Top sheet application system, for the integration of a polythene top sheet into the wrapping process.
• Corner post application during the wrapping cycle
  


Rotoplat Range

The Rotoplat range of fully automatic pallet wrappers comes with a turntable operation to minimise footprint in installations with limited space. The Rotoplat range includes the Rotoplat 3000LD a fully automatic pallet wrapper, with turntable operation for up to 40 pallets per hour, and the Rotoplat 3000HD. Similar to the 3000LD, the Rotoplat automatic pallet wrapper, comes with a turntable operation for up to 50 pallets per hour.

Helix Range

The Helix range of fully automatic pallet wrappers come with a Rotary Arm operation, to minimise movement of product during pallet wrapping. Suitable for unstable or light weight loads.

The Helix range includes the Helix HS30 a fully automatic pallet wrapper, with rotary arm operation for up to 60 pallets per hour, the Helix HS35 for up to 65 pallets per hour and the Helix HS40 for up to 70 pallets per hour respectively.

The Helix HS40/2 is a fully automatic Pallet wrapper, with a Twin rotary arm operation for up to 160 pallets per hour. Ideal for wrapping of Half Euro pallets at very high speeds, with the ability to wrap individual pallets half pallets then combine them into a full pallet with stretch wrap in a single machine operation.

Genesis Range

The Genesis Fully automatic pallet wrapper with Rotary Ring operation is suitable for anyone looking for a high speed wrapping machine capable wrapping of pallets whilst minimising movement of product during pallet wrapping. Suitable for unstable or light weight loads.

The Genesis Futura 40 is a fully automatic Pallet wrapper, with rotary ring operation for up to 80 pallets per hour, with the Genesis HS capable of up to 100 pallets per hour. The Genesis Futura 80 with rotary ring operation for up to 130 pallets per hour has a special patented high yield pre stretch system to offering up to 25% more yield from film over other standard pre stretch systems.

It is suitable for every application and budget including a series of mobile pallet wrappers.

Robot S5

The Robot S5 mobile pallet wrapper is the 5th generation of the most popular and original Mobile pallet stretch wrapping machine. The S5 comes with standard stretch or power pre-stretch and is capable of over 200 pallets on a charge and comes complete with its own inbuilt charger.

The Robot S5 pallet wrapper can wrap pallets of any size and any weight up to a height of 2200 mm as standard with options of 2400 mm, 2800 mm and 3100 mm. With 4 programmes that can be preset and parental control to stop unwanted altering of settings, the largest item wrapped to date is a 12 metre x 3 metre portable building.

Worker

This mobile pallet wrapper has been recently introduced for the smaller users who are just entering semi automatic pallet wrapping for the first time. The worker mobile pallet wrapper is currently only available with a standard stretch option.

Rotoplat

Our most popular range of pallet wrappers is the Rotoplat range, with the Rotoplat 507PFS being the biggest selling pallet wrapper in the UK. Recognised as the pallet wrapper of choice by many blue chip and major organisations throughout the UK the Rotoplat 507PFS pallet wrapper is fitted with power pre stretch and can improve pallet wrapping and reduce pallet wrapping costs by 50%.

The Rotoplat range of pallet wrapping machinery comes with a 1650 mm turntable (1800 mm, 2200 mm and 2400 mm options) and 2200 mm wrap height (2400 mm, 2800 mm and 3100 mm options) as standard and can wrap pallets up to 2000 kg.

This range of machines are fitted with “parental control” to stop unwanted altering of settings and to ensure pallet stability and cost savings. Also available are stainless steel pallet wrappers, door wrappers and pallet wrappers for freezers which are capable of wrapping at temperatures as low as -30C.

Ecoplat

This is a new range of pallet wrapping machinery that is once again built to the same high standards as all of the packaging and wrapping machinery supplied by the Aetna Group. The Ecoplat range is aimed at customers who want to take the first steps towards automation. This range of pallet wrappers also comes with 1650 mm turntable, 2200 mm wrap height and 2000kg capacity as standard. The Ecoplat PPS also offers thesavings associated with a power pre stretch pallet wrapper.
